Sarah-Ann founded the Be Well Collective, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to preventative mental health action.

She has spoken at many prestigious events, including presenting at the European Parliament on dietary guidelines and their link to the Type 2 diabetes epidemic in a campaign titled ‘Big Food and Big Pharma: Killing for Profit?’.

In 2020, Sarah-Ann launched a public health campaign through her book, *The Great British Veg Out*, encouraging the UK to embrace their 5-a-day.

With 15 years as an international model, Sarah-Ann saw firsthand the pressure on young women to look and perform at their best without nutritional guidance.

She recognised the oversight in the industry where models were expected to meet aesthetic standards without education on achieving these goals healthily.

In 2019, she delivered a TEDx talk titled, “Are Models, Role Models?” Sarah-Ann has contributed to publications including the Financial Times, Telegraph, Evening Standard, Women’s Health, Esquire, and Harper’s Bazaar.

The ‘Live Well, Be Well’ Series brings together BWC experts to offer education on health and well-being, alongside insights from the fashion industry.
