Noreena Hertz is a renowned author, board member, and keynote speaker, celebrated by "The Observer" as "one of the world’s leading thinkers" and named by "Vogue" as "one of the world's most inspiring women." A pioneering economist, Noreena’s work spans economics, technology, politics, and society. She has written five bestselling books, including "The Lonely Century", "Eyes Wide Open", and "The Silent Takeover", and has spoken at high-profile events such as TED, the World Economic Forum, and Google Zeitgeist.
Noreena advises global leaders on strategy, ESG, the post-millennial generation, and transformation, having served on Citigroup’s Politics and Economics Global Advisory Board and the Inclusive Capitalism Taskforce’s Advisory Group. She also sits on the boards of Mattel, Warner Music Group, and Workhuman.
Her innovative ideas were the inspiration behind Bono’s Product ‘Red’ initiative. Holding a PhD from Cambridge University and an MBA from Wharton, Noreena is an Honorary Professor at the Institute for Global Prosperity, University College London.
