Named the world’s “most inspirational speaker” (2023 Speaker Awards), Kirsty Hulse has trained over 60,000 people to believe in themselves, including teams at Spotify, Virgin Atlantic and Amazon. With a background as a stand-up comedian, Kirsty’s words are so impactful that they’ve had people actually get them tattooed.

Entrepreneur, author and large-scale community creator, Kirsty founded her first company at 26, a marketing agency with global clients like Virgin Atlantic and IBM, which turned over nearly a million dollars in its first year.

Kirsty’s delivered talks at the world’s biggest companies, and her work has been described as “game changing” , “life changing” and from the thousands of people she has worked with, 100% of attendees would recommend her work to a colleague.

She is a standup comedian having a sold out run at the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe and brings this passion for humour into her work.

Creator of the UKs biggest Confidence Conference, Confidence Live with speakers like Katherine Ryan, Sue Perkins, Caitlin Moran and hosted by UK drag race star Pixie Polite, the conference attracts hundreds of guests every year and has a growing community of members and super fans.

In 2019, Kirsty started Roar! Training, a global training business with a mission to level the professional playing field.

Also a bestselling author, Kirsty’s 2016 book The Future is Freelance, predicted the rise of remote work. Her latest book, Don’t Swear at Work (and other Bullshit), released in May 2025.
