Jo Tanner

Jo began her career as a broadcast journalist before moving into political public relations, masterminding PR for Boris Johnson’s 2008 Mayoral campaign.

Jo began her career as a broadcast journalist before moving into political public relations. Prior to co-founding iNHouse Communications, Jo was the British Chambers of Commerce Media Chief, and returned to politics to mastermind PR for Boris Johnson’s 2008 Mayoral campaign.

Focusing on creative campaigns, public affairs, media training and crisis communications for a range of clients from individuals to major corporations, Jo has advised clients including Willmott Dixon, Starbucks and Diageo, and has personally advised on High Court actions and Public Inquiries.

Jo regularly appears on television and radio as a political commentator and often reviews the newspapers for the BBC News Channel.

She is also Chair of Governors at an Outstanding London Primary School!
