Garrett’s breakout live show, "Sunflower", became one of the most talked-about performances of 2018, earning rave reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe and selling out at London’s Soho Theatre. It was Time Out London’s No.1 Comedy Pick and secured him a nomination for ‘Breakthrough Act’ at the 2019 Chortle Awards. Following this success, his next show, "Smile", surpassed expectations, earning critical acclaim and packing out venues across the UK.

Garrett’s talents extend beyond the stage. His new sitcom "Do Gooders", produced by Hat Trick Productions and featuring Jack Dee and Meera Syal, recently recorded a pilot for Audible and is now in development for television.
