Self Made: with Paralympic Athlete Joe Townsend

Joe Townsend is a Former Royal Marine who lost both legs in an explosion in Afghanistan in 2008. Following the incident, he spent five and a half months in hospital and three years in rehabilitation. Despite this, Joe went on to become an award-winning paralympic GB athlete.
