With over 100 England caps and multiple domestic honours, footballer Eniola Aluko is one of the most recognisable female voices in the game.

Eni was the first ever female pundit to appear on Match of the Day in September 2014 and was a pundit for ITV during the 2018 Russia World Cup, and we were delighted she agreed to join us for our virtual showcase event ‘Celebrating International Women’s Day’.

Eni eloquently spoke about the key ingredients to create a truly inclusive & diverse team, and used examples from the her past to illustrate how we can all help to develop a culture which gets the best from everyone.
