As a seasoned investor in the health and wellness sector, Steven’s notable investments include Huel, the UK’s fastest-growing international e-commerce company, ZOE, a personalised nutrition programme developed by leading scientists, and WHOOP, a brand known for its wearable technology. His other investments span blockchain technologies, biotech, space, Web3, and social media.
Steven co-founded Flight Group, a media, marketing, and investment company that includes Flight Fund, Flight Ventures, Flight Story, Flight Studio, Flight Talent, and Flight Tech. Additionally, he co-founded thirdweb, a software platform supported by Shopify and Coinbase, which simplifies the development of Web3 applications.
In August 2023, Steven released his #1 Sunday Times bestselling book, “The Diary of a CEO: The 33 Laws of Business and Life”. He also returned for his third series on the BBC's hit TV business show Dragons’ Den, making history as the youngest ever Dragon.
Steven is dedicated to inspiring a new generation of entrepreneurs and creators, particularly from BAME backgrounds. His efforts, after winning the "British Black Entrepreneur of the Year" award, have focused on supporting disadvantaged schools and communities.
In collaboration with His Majesty's Prison Service, Steven has made The Diary of a CEO podcast accessible via in-cell technology to motivate and encourage young adults. This year, he also partnered with The Ministry of Defence to offer key health, wellness, and motivational content to UK Armed Forces and Defence personnel during training and on the front line.
Steven has been honoured on the Powerlist, which recognises the most influential Black Britons, celebrating the achievements of individuals of African, African Caribbean, and African American heritage in the UK.
