Ayo Sokale is a highly regarded Chartered Civil Engineer, dynamic keynote speaker, and passionate advocate for sustainability, STEM, and self-development. As one of the fastest engineers to achieve Chartered status, Ayo has made her mark through delivering flood risk management projects, managing teams, and shaping policy through her involvement with key committees. Currently, she serves as Major Project and Programme Delivery Business Manager for The Environment Agency.

In 2023, Ayo took her pioneering spirit to new heights by founding Tessellated Future Technology, a tech start-up. Her company launched the AI-powered ‘Get Coached’ app in 2024, designed to make high-quality coaching accessible to all. The app offers 24/7 bespoke coaching, helping users achieve their goals and gain clarity at an affordable price.

Ayo is also a prominent presenter, best known for co-hosting CBeebies’ *Get Set Galactic* and contributing to platforms like BBC Reel, BBC Bitesize, National Geographic, and Channel 5. Her ability to captivate audiences extends beyond television, as she inspires through keynote talks on innovation, engineering, sustainability, neurodiversity, and mental health.

Alongside her broadcasting and engineering expertise, Ayo is a successful Executive Coach, working with professionals to help them align their careers with their values. As an author, she explores themes of resilience and disruption in her book *Othered: How to Thrive & Disrupt in Spaces Not Created for You*. Her passion for empowering others is further reflected in her advocacy work, including founding Plastic Free Caversham and serving as a Trustee for the Autistic Girls Network Charity.
