Simon Duffy is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and business strategist, renowned for disrupting markets and scaling challenger brands on a global scale. After graduating with double first-class honours from Oxford University, Simon’s career took him from Arthur Andersen to creative roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and later leading brand innovation at Fahrenheit 212 for global giants like Procter & Gamble, Diageo, and Coca-Cola.

In 2006, Simon co-founded Bulldog Skincare, a trailblazing male grooming brand that rapidly expanded across product categories and international markets. Under his leadership, Bulldog won multiple industry awards and was successfully acquired by Edgewell Personal Care in 2016. Simon stayed on to further scale the brand, growing its presence from 12 to over 30 countries by 2018.

In 2019, Simon launched Waken Mouthcare, introducing sustainable, innovative oral care solutions as a challenger to industry heavyweights like Colgate and Listerine. Waken continues to grow, with partnerships across major retailers including Tesco, Boots, and A.S. Watson.

Simon serves as a board advisor to several companies, including Fussy natural refillable deodorant, Cheeky Panda bamboo products, and Corney & Barrow wine merchants. He’s also an active early-stage investor and previously taught Entrepreneurship and Innovation as a visiting fellow at Northeastern University in London.

In recognition of his contributions to the beauty industry, Simon was awarded an MBE in 2016.
