Vixen Labs, which was acquired by House 337 in 2023, specialises in voice-first technology and has played a key role in helping businesses leverage conversational interfaces to enhance their marketing and business strategies.
James is recognised for his expertise in the ethical deployment of AI technologies, including ChatGPT and GPT-4, helping companies navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI. His extensive career includes his time as Head of LEGO Group’s Emerging Platforms & Partnerships team, where he developed global digital engagement initiatives, such as LEGO Life, the world’s first safe social network for children, which grew to over 2 million active users.
