Duncan Wardle is the former Vice President for Innovation and Creativity at Walt Disney Company. Able to offer revolutionary ideas and interactive workshops, Duncan is a truly original keynote speaker.

Born in London and educated at Edinburgh University, Duncan has also made a name for himself outside of the UK – being awarded an “Outstanding American Citizen Award” at the White House in 2008.

His creativity and innovation has been hailed across the world for the three decades that he has been working under the Walt Disney umbrella.

He last role at Disney was as Vice President of Innovation and Creativity, leading a team to think of creative inventions across all Disney’s corporate divisions. Prior to this, Duncan was Vice President Global PR for Disney Parks around the world. In his thirty-year career, Duncan has served as an executive for the Walt Disney Company in London, Paris, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Mumbai and Shanghai.

Working as an ideation consultant and a change agent, Duncan is well-versed at sharing innovative strategies to create revolutionary ideas. His presentations focus on the three learning styles: auditory, visual and kinesthetic; not only can he can provide keynotes, but interactive workshops and forums too. These sessions help with creative clarification, but provide delegates with the necessary tools to achieve tangible outcomes when approaching challenges in a different and innovative way.
