Adrian Chiles

Adrian Chiles is a well-known figure in British television, radio, and journalism, with over two decades of experience across the media landscape. One of TV’s most recognisable faces, Adrian currently hosts mid-mornings on Thursdays and Fridays on BBC 5 Live, while also contributing regularly as a columnist for "The Guardian" and "The Sun". His career highlights include co-presenting "Daybreak" alongside Christine Bleakley, launching "The One Show", "Match of the Day 2", "The Apprentice: You’re Fired", and "Working Lunch". Since 2021, Adrian has been a regular presenter on "Countryfile" (BBC One).

Between 2010 and 2015, Adrian was the face of ITV’s football coverage, fronting the Champions League, Euros, World Cups, and England internationals. During this time, he also presented the successful "That Sunday Night Show" for ITV. On radio, Adrian’s work includes the award-winning "Chiles on Saturday" (BBC Radio 5 Live), as well as stints on "Wake Up to Money", "Financial World Tonight", and "6-0-6".

Beyond broadcasting, Adrian has fronted several acclaimed documentaries for the BBC, including "My Mediterranean with Adrian Chiles", "Whites vs Blacks: How Football Changed a Nation", and the critically praised "Drinkers Like Me", which explored his own relationship with alcohol. Off the back of this documentary, Adrian published his book "The Good Drinker" in 2022, further cementing his role as a trusted voice in the conversation around alcohol and mental health.
