Our latest "In Conversation With" features Tom Barton. Tom sat down with our MD Nick Gold  to talk about his experiences of being a co-founder of Honest Burgers. 

Whilst he appreciates that the current state of the hospitality industry is challenging given the effects of COVID, he gives his methods on how he mitigates this and keeps a positive attitude. 

He also touches on the challenges of farming and how his company manages their food supply chain as well as the transparency of where the company sources their ingredients.
