Naomi Sesay Showreel - Generation Z

Naomi is the On-Screen Diversity Executive with Channel 4. She has delivered training for an array of organisations including, BAFTA, ITN, ITV, BBC, Turner, Viacom, Primesight, Sky TV, Campaign Magazine and many more.

She has also worked with Educational programs, schools, charities, Her Majesty’s Prison Services and corporate entities.

Naomi’s experience and skill set allows her to own the stage when speaking to audiences on inclusion and diversity, which includes outlining the business case, how unconscious bias, psychology and the workplace are entwined, and broadcast representation & authentic portrayal on and off screen.
