An integral member of the England Rugby team's 2003 World Cup triumph, we were delighted Matt Dawson joined our virtual showcase ‘Building A Team Culture For The Evolving Workplace’ to share his words of wisdom when it comes to team performance.

Matt brought examples from the Rugby pitch and the boardroom to demonstrate why adversity forces team to change at speed and the individual characters that create high-performing teams. This includes setting ambitious targets, which aren’t easy to achieve of course, but start to create positive mindsets to move forwards with.
