John Steele is in the rather unique position of drawing on a military, business and sport background. In doing so he brings immense experience into his talks on leadership, change, high performance and organizational innovation. Formerly head of the RFU and CEO of UK Sport at the time of London 2012 he worked with a disparate and fragmented group of sports bodies to successfully compete under the umbrella of Team GB. John is CEO of the Youth Sport Trust and Chairman of the English Institute of Sport.
