A first-rate keynote speaker, her expertise is in economic and business issues, particularly the macroeconomy, the global economic environment, the Chinese economy and emerging markets.

Dr Linda Yueh is an economist and commentator.  Her expertise is in economic and business issues, particularly the macroeconomy, the global economic environment, especially the Chinese economy and emerging markets. She previously practiced international corporate law while resident in New York, Beijing and Hong Kong and is a first-rate keynote conference speaker.

Dr Linda Yueh is a Fellow in Economics at the University of Oxford and a Visiting Professor at the London Business School. She is also a Research Associate of the Globalisation Programme at the Centre for Economic Performance at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Linda recently gave testimony before the Treasury Select Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons, UK Parliament, on the impact of China on the world and UK economy.  She has served as a special advisor for the World Economic Forum in Davos, UK Trade and Industry (UKTI), the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) Executive Briefing Advisory Board, Royal Institute for International Affairs (Chatham House), among others.

Dr Yueh gave testimony before the Treasury Select Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Commons, UK Parliament, on the impact of China on the world and UK economy. She has served as a special advisor for the World Economic Forum in Davos, UK Trade and Industry (UKTI), the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) Executive Briefing Advisory Board, among others. She has recently been appointed to the newly established World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Energy Security and served as an advisor for the UK Government's Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS) in conjunction with HM Treasury.

Linda Yueh is a frequent media commentator, such as for the BBC, CNBC, CNN, ITN & Sky News, as well as the Financial Times and she recently was in conversation with David Frost and David E Sanger from the New York Times on Aljazeera.
