Kajal is not just an author and activist; she's a trailblazer with over 13 years of experience in the campaigns sector. As the Executive Director for Change.org UK, she's propelled the platform to new heights, boasting over 19 million users in the UK alone, now serving as Change.org's global Communications Director.

From spearheading pivotal campaigns like Laura Coryton's fight against the tampon tax to supporting Richard Ratcliffe's efforts to free his wife, Nazanin, from an unjust imprisonment in Iran, Kajal has been at the forefront of some of the UK's most impactful grassroots movements.

Recognising the need for diversity in the campaigns sector, Kajal founded the People of Colour in Campaigns network, advocating for inclusivity and representation. As a trustee for Save The Children UK and Ada's List, and a visiting fellow at Oxford University, she continues to champion causes close to her heart.

Her debut book, "Do Something: Activism for Everyone," published by Hodder and Stoughton, serves as a guide to grassroots activism, empowering individuals to make a difference in their communities. With speech titles like "We should all be activists!" and "Your difference is your superpower," Kajal inspires audiences to embrace their unique strengths and harness the power of their stories for positive change.
