Joff Sharpe, one of Britain's most dynamic and esteemed business leaders, has made the journey from SAS officer to leading business figure, and in his keynote speeches  he delivers inspirational, relevant and valuable messages.

With a life story filled with unique experiences and profoundly influential moments, Joff’s venerated corporate speaking skills are born from his time spent living amongst the Iban headhunters of Borneo; a stint as an SAS officer; running an Internet company for Rupert Murdoch and being Piers Morgan's HR Director!

After a successful ten-year career in the army, Joff spent over two decades helping major international corporations improve their performance, primarily in the Telecommunications, Media and technology sector.

His business experience began with Blue Chip companies Mars and PepsiCo, in their HR departments, and he eventually switched focus to the world of private equity where his roles involved travel from the Ruhr Valley to Sub-Saharan Africa.

He uses this wealth of experience to identify ten principles followed by the SAS that can lead any company to peak performance.

Joff speaks to companies about how the legendary skills of SAS forces can relate perfectly to their business. Constantly expected to beat overwhelming odds, soldiers are only effective if they possess certain qualities including purpose, speed, surprise and simplicity – all second nature to the elite recruits, frequently asked to achieve the impossible – much like employees in high level business situations. He brought these themes together in his book ‘Who Dares Wins in Business’ which came out in second edition in 2021.

Joff argues that these essential techniques can always be used in business to give companies a crucial edge in the vastly competitive corporate world.
