Javier Bajer

Cognitive psychologist, ‘cultural architect’, and the Chief Editor for Strategic HR Review Javier Bajer has spent the last 20 years helping organisations and cities drop old habits, from HSBC to Buckingham Palace to the City of Buenos Aires. An enthralling keynote speaker, he draws on his understanding of human behaviour to produce change in record times.

Feedback from our guests was excellent, they loved his approach and said he was a real expertise in this area. It was good that he involved the audience with some interactive sessions. He also took time pre event to fully understand the objectives of the event and the profile of our audience as well as helping with the invites. It was a pleasure working with Javier.
