In harmony with his impressive career in jazz and classical music, Dominic has worked with many of the world's leading companies and business schools to create powerful learning experiences; cleverly using the metaphor of music to explore a range of key concerns— including leadership, teamwork and creativity—he uses video extracts of orchestras or live musicians to ensure his points resonate with audiences.
In 2001, Dominic founded the company Music & Management to offer businesses a range of musical experiences which combine the magic of music and clear leadership development skills. Offering experiences from an orchestra to a drumming workshop, Dominic uses different genres to teach teamwork, negotiation and collaboration.
Dominic is a Steinway Artist and an Honorary Associate of the Royal Academy of Music.
