Clare Kenny

After enduring the toxic environments of multiple workplaces, Clare has personally encountered the devastating effects of burnout, anxiety disorder, and alcohol addiction, which she battled for over two decades.

However, a profound event—the sudden loss of her mother—served as a wake-up call, compelling Clare to prioritize her mental health over her career. Consequently, she made the courageous decision to resign from her high-pressure job, abandoning grueling 16-hour workdays, and embarked on a new path: establishing her own business centered around assisting organizations in cultivating cultures and practices that promote wellbeing.

With her extensive professional and personal background, Clare brings a wealth of experience to her work. Her repertoire includes motivational speaking, facilitating, designing customized wellbeing strategies for a diverse range of organizations, from FTSE 100 companies to dynamic startups. Moreover, she provides guidance to global leaders, helping them integrate and assess the impact of wellbeing initiatives. Clare's true passion lies in effecting tangible and enduring transformations in the realm of work.

Drawing on her background in learning and development, as well as leadership consultancy, Clare has held senior management positions across Europe and Asia. Notably, she recently spearheaded the global wellbeing strategy at Burberry. Today, she collaborates with clients spanning various industries, including prominent names like Channel 4, Warner Media, Deloitte, KPMG, and The Financial Ombudsman, as she continues her mission to bring about meaningful change in the world of work.
