Andy Puddicombe

Neil is a strong advocate for mindfulness, helping professionals and the public achieve personal excellence and realise their potential.
Ruby Wax
Qualified psychotherapist and TV presenter, Ruby Wax OBE made the leap from television star to mental health campaigner. In 2015, Ruby was awarded an OBE for services to mental health and then went on to publish her bestselling book, ‘A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled’.
