Suzi Perry
Suzi Perry is a well-loved TV presenter and awards host, she is the female figurehead of UK TV motorcycling. Covering the BBC Formula 1, Suzi entertains her loyal audiences with charm and slick professionalism. A kind and friendly personality she will bring warmth, interest and style to your event.
Reporting from trackside and speaking to the biggest names in motorsport for more than two decades, truly makes Suzi Perry the Queen of the Pit Lane. Recently she made a documentary for BBC1 called ‘Queens of the Road’ where she followed 3 female road racers, it was highly acclaimed and a ratings' success.
It’s not all about wheels and petrol though, Suzi’s other sport hosting credits include the BBC's live coverage of Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, the London Marathon, the Trooping of the Colour, the Olympics, the Great North Run and the legendary Oxford & Cambridge Boat Race.
Growing up surrounded by music, Suzi has a deep love for radio and live performances. She is regularly called upon to cover shows on BBC Radio 2 . Following a hugely positive response from the audience, she has covered the drive time show, the Zoe Ball show and regularly stands in for Claudia Winkleman. She also fronted and produced a documentary looking at the music playlist choices of the Worlds leading F1 drivers. Her Formula One show was a big hit. She has also fronted shows for BBC5Live.
Also known for her love of technology, Suzi hosted Channel 5's hugely popular Gadget Show for 8 years, covering an astonishing 17 series. During this time she also presented Gadget Show Live at the NEC. The event ran over 5 days for more than 75,000 guests. She held the role of technology ambassador for the Ideal Home Show and was the face of Mobile World Congress for several years. Recently Suzi fronted a technology documentary for BBC5Live and a show about Tech Startups for BBC1.
Suzi's numerous TV credits include, How to Take Stunning Pictures and Operation Homefront for Channel 5; House Call, City Hospital, Superstars, Watchdog and the National Lottery for BBC One and Treasure Hunt, F1 Rewind and Motogp for BBC2. She regularly appears on A Question Of Sport and Countdown. She’s also appeared as a guest on shows including; Saturday Kitchen, The One Show, The Chase, They Think it's all Over, Sarah Millican, Nevermind The Buzzcocks, Eggheads and Pointless to name a few as well hosting features on This Morning, The Alan Titchmarsh Show and Daybreak.
Over the years she has also enjoyed her role as a contributing journalist, working with titles such as; The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, The Mirror, Motorcycle News, T3, GQ, Stuff Magazine and MSN.
As an accomplished corporate host she has worked with many brands and companies, including; Apple, DAB Radio, Samsung, Intel, IMI, Global Mobile Awards, The Boat Show, Goodwood Festival, Nordic Noir Films, HSBC, BT, DELL, Ducati, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Fiat, Yamaha, Zoom Auction for F1, Phillips, Karcher, EE, 02, Nikon, Honda, Mercedes and Sunseeker
As well as sport, music and technology, Suzi has an honorary degree and fellowship with Wolverhampton University and supports many charities including Sport Relief, Great Ormond Street, Promise Dreams, Marie Curie, UK Youth and Animal Aid Unlimited.
